Using TapReputation

By purchasing or using TapReputation products or services, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate business, branding, destination-link, shipping, and account information and for using the service lawfully.

Physical products

Tap Cards and Smart Coasters may be customized and programmed for a particular business. Product appearance may vary slightly from on-screen proofs because of manufacturing, printing, material, display, and production differences. Customers should review and approve proofs when approval is requested.

Digital services and third-party platforms

TapReputation can connect customers to third-party services such as Google, social networks, restaurant systems, and payment services. TapReputation does not control those third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, policies, ranking, review publication, or functionality.

TapReputation tracks actions such as taps, scans, page visits, and outbound review-button clicks where supported. A review-button click does not mean that a customer ultimately published a review.

TapReputation Pro

TapReputation Pro is an optional recurring subscription for eligible business-wide features. Subscription charges recur at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Canceling Pro does not disable the basic NFC or QR functionality of physical products that otherwise remain active.

Acceptable use

You may not use TapReputation to violate law, impersonate another business, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, manipulate systems fraudulently, or infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Service availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but internet services and third-party platforms can experience interruptions or changes. To the extent permitted by law, TapReputation is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific review, revenue, ranking, or business results.
